ARMORING SPECIFICATIONS:
B6+ and B7 - SEDAN LIMO

Transparent Armor (Glass) 56/67mm:

Door glass replaced with transparent armor (glass) OEM curved shape

Windshield replaced with transparent armor (glass) OEM curved shape

Rear windshield replaced with transparent armor (glass) OEM curved shape

Side panel glass to be armored from interior of vehicle with flat glass professionally finished to match interior ofvehicle

All glass to have overlap system around each window with returns. This ensures complete protection from spacingbetween armor plate and transparent armor

Doors 12mm steel plate:

All four (4) doors armored using ballistic plate

All doors to have overlap system with returns to ensures complete protection from spacing between armor plate andtransparent armor

Door pillars (A,B and C) reinforced throughout with ballistic plate

Door hinges reinforced from interior of door and frame of vehicle to reduce stress of weight added.

Heavy duty door straps added on all doors to allow no overextension

Driver door operational (4” to 6”)

Middle stretch of vehicle to be armored throughout floor to ceiling

Firewall 12mm steel plate:

Firewall armored throughout with ballistic steel plate stitch welded

Roof and Floor:

Entire roof area armored throughout using ballistic steel plate and spectra shield contoured to interior of roof

Floor armored using material that acts as an absorbent for mild blast throughout

Engine Compartment and Gas Tank:

Battery and PCU (computer) armored with ballistic steel plate if applicable

Gas tank armored from underneath vehicle

Tires and Wheels:

Run-Flats installed in all tires

Entire roof area will be armored using ballistic material by certified supplier

Floor armored using material that acts as an absorbent blast protection

All pillar posts A, B, C and D armored with material by certified supplier

Firewall armored throughout using ballistic material by certified supplier

Overlap System around each window using ballistic material throughout will be used to ensure complete protection from gaps in vehicle. Material by certified supplier; Overlaps covered to match OEM interior

 Battery and computer using ballistic material by certified supplier

 Static Run-Flats installed in all tires; Including spare

 Driver’s Door window operational (4” to 6”) for document pass througt

 Entire roof area will be armored using ballistic material by certified supplier

Floor armored using material that acts as an absorbent for blast protection

All pillar posts A, B, C and D armored by certified supplier; All overlaps will be covered to match interior and made to look OEM in appearance
